Returns Policy


Faulty Or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and Tiny Tiny Shop Shop must be advised PRIOR to assembly.

Tiny Tiny Shop Shop will at their discretion replace or repair any part found to be defective in material/workmanship or damaged in transit.

Important Note: If your order is lost or damaged beyond repair in transit, your order will only be fully covered if you selected 'Delivery (includes Postage Insurance)' option at checkout. Tiny Tiny Shop Shop cannot be held responsible for uninsured orders lost or damaged in transit

Tiny Tiny Shop Shop cannot exchange or replace a damaged insured product if assembled.
Tiny Tiny Shop Shop will at their discretion request return of original product should it need to be replaced.
Tiny Tiny Shop Shop may request photos to view reported damage or fault.

Change Of Mind

If you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased, you are welcome to return the product to us and you will be required to cover freight cost back to us. To be eligible for a Credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition; unassembled, with labels and original packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit for the purchase price only, excluding postage. Tiny Tiny Shop Shopreserve the right to refuse return of a product that does not meet these requirements. For Change of Mind refunds, a $15 handling fee applies and the postage cost on your original order will not refunded.

Please Note: Tiny Tiny Shop Shop does not accept returns on Cubby Houses or Beds.

Incorrect Product Received

In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect product, please contact us via email immediately to arrange return and exchange. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in original condition. Re-delivery of correct item will only be re-delivered to the original address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tiny Tiny Shop Shop cannot exchange an incorrect product if assembled.

Any return or exchange must be advised via email, addressed to - hello@tinytinyshopshop.com.au               
Customer is responsible to return freight costs.

Please be sure to quote your Tiny Tiny Shop Shop Order Confirmation Number and contact details in all correspondence.  No replacement will be given until we have received the original product from you as outlined above.

Please post Returns via registered post (with exception to Cubby Houses and Beds) to:

Tiny Tiny Shop Shop PO BOX 6685 Point Cook Victoria 3030, and item must contain your Tiny Tiny Shop Shop Order Confirmation Number and your Full Name.

Important - If you intend to open the item at a later date, after the 7 days, you must open all the boxes and check for damages or faults within the 7 day period after your item has been delivered and notify us immediately, as late claims (after 7 days) for damages or faults will not be accepted.
